About The Position

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable, safety-minded CDL Driver to deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers, including homes, farms, and businesses. Drivers operate local routes and are typically home every night. The role includes operating propane trucks and equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards, inspecting vehicles, maintaining delivery records, and providing professional customer service. Drivers also participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries. This is a seasonal position.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Class A or B CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements, or the ability to obtain them quickly.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States.
• Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Previous truck driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and integrity.
• Provide friendly, professional service as a representative of Ferrellgas in the community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Assist customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.
