About The Position
J Rose Enterprises is seeking motivated, self-driven Truck Driver Recruiters to connect commercial truck drivers (CDL Class A) with driving opportunities at motor carriers nationwide. Recruiters manage their own schedules and pipelines and earn uncapped commissions for successful driver placements. No prior recruiting experience is required; recruiting playbooks, tools, and orientation are provided. This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Recruiters control their own hours and business operations, with flexible scheduling and full-time or part-time capacity available. Compensation is commission-only, starting at $500 per successful placement, with no cap on total earnings. J Rose Enterprises connects commercial driving talent with reliable motor carriers and provides recruiters with structured workflows, industry insights, and ongoing operational support.
Requirements
- Strong motivation and self-discipline; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a persuasive personality.
- Comfort using basic recruiting software (ATS), social media platforms, and phone systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a remote work structure independently.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in high-volume recruiting, talent acquisition, or sales.
- Experience in commercial trucking or transportation, such as CDL driving, dispatching, or freight management.
Responsibilities
- Source, contact, and screen prospective commercial truck drivers for open carrier positions.
- Guide driver candidates through the application, background check, and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified CDL driver leads using phone, email, text, and social media.
- Communicate carrier requirements, compensation packages, and lane specifications clearly to candidates.
