About The Position
J Rose Enterprises is seeking motivated, self-driven Truck Driver Recruiters to join its growing recruitment team as 1099 independent contractors. Recruiters connect commercial truck drivers with a CDL Class A to high-paying driving opportunities at motor carriers across the nation. They manage their own schedules and candidate pipelines, and earn uncapped commissions for successful driver placements. No prior recruiting experience is required. The company provides access to recruiting playbooks, tools, orientation, structured workflows, industry insights, and ongoing operational support. Recruiters can work flexible hours, with either full-time or part-time capacity available.
Requirements
- Strong motivation; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a persuasive personality.
- Comfort using basic recruiting software (ATS), social media platforms, and phone systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the discipline to independently manage a remote work structure.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in high-volume recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or the commercial trucking or transportation industry, including CDL driving, dispatching, or freight management.
Responsibilities
- Source, contact, and screen prospective commercial truck drivers for open carrier positions.
- Guide driver candidates through the application, background check, and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified CDL driver leads using phone, email, text, and social media.
- Clearly communicate carrier requirements, compensation packages, and lane specifications to candidates.
