About The Position

Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Home Daily Class A CDL Truck Drivers. Average $93210 annually with additional performance incentives available, up to $10,400 annually. This is a dedicated route where drivers are home daily and a Hazmat endorsement is required. The role involves performing multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships. Drivers will unload trailers using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages, and use a scanner to record product information. Each route typically includes 2 stops and 1 drop & hook.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• English language proficiency required (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2))
• Ability to work the required schedule and at the specific location
• Complete Penske employment application
• Submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history)
• Pass a drug screening
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner as the position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive
• Ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others
