Truck Driver - Class A Floater - Penske Logistics
About The Position
Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers. This is a floater position with a variety of routes and assignments, offering home daily with different routes and assignments. The role involves no-touch freight and drop & hook deliveries. Drivers will work at various dedicated accounts and shifts as needed, supporting a variety of routes and assignments based on business needs. The position requires completing pre- and post-trip inspections of tractors and equipment, escalating equipment repair needs in a timely manner, and maintaining positive relationships with the customer and dispatch. Drivers will operate late model, Penske-maintained trucks equipped with inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras for safety, and will haul 53' trailers, day cabs, automatic trucks, and yard trucks.
