About The Position

Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a Local Delivery Combination Driver for a set route in Irving, Texas. The driver delivers products to small and large retailers, manually unloads the truck using a hand dolly or electric pallet jack, builds rapport with customers, and stocks shelves and coolers when requested. No previous experience is required; hands-on training is provided upon hire.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 5:00 a.m. and continuing until the route is finished. Drivers must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed. The work is local and physically active, involving repeated lifting, pushing, and pulling of product cases, as well as frequent customer interaction.

Pay starts at $29.26 per hour and increases to $30.84 per hour in the quarter after the employee’s six-month anniversary. Benefits are subject to eligibility.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License, Class A (CDL A).
• Maintain a valid DOT Driver Qualification File.
• Be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
