About The Position
As the Mechanic at our Walker Environmental Division Compound located in Niagara, you are a certified Mechanic, Truck and Coach Technician (310T). You are a strong team player who enjoys servicing and troubleshooting vehicles and equipment, as well as performing preventive maintenance on equipment. You are able to work independently, interpreting work orders and technical manuals, maintaining work logs and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Certified Truck and Coach Technician (310T)
- Experience repairing and maintaining trucks through inspection, diagnosis and repair of electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems
- Able to lift 60lbs
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of construction/heavy equipment, especially hydraulics, electronics and automation systems
