About The Position

The Building People, LLC, has an opening for a qualified TRIRIGA Application Consultant. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their unique needs, configure the TRIRIGA system accordingly, and provide ongoing support for its efficient operation. The consultant will utilize their deep understanding of TRIRIGA's architecture, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This position is on-site in Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, configure the system accordingly, and provide ongoing support for its efficient operation.
• Utilize their deep understanding of TRIRIGA's architecture, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Perform as the primary client interface to client management team and to program stakeholders.
• Define and coordinate testing procedures and develop test cases to support the overall quality assurance process.
• Perform testing of implemented requirements, lead and support User Acceptance Testing, collect/document results, evaluate and act on feedback.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors.
• Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.
