About The Position

True Adventure Travel is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic remote travel agent to help clients plan and book vacations. The position involves understanding clients’ travel preferences and needs, researching and recommending options, creating customized itineraries, booking travel services, and providing customer service throughout the booking process. The role is part-time and remote/telecommute, with flexibility to work from anywhere in the world. The company promotes responsible and sustainable travel practices and offers a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Communicate with clients by phone, email, and other channels to understand their travel preferences and needs.
Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities based on clients’ interests and budgets.
Create customized itineraries covering flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Book flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services.
Provide customer service and support client satisfaction throughout the booking process.
Stay current on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information.
Collaborate with team members to improve services and offerings.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of bookings and client interactions.
