About The Position

The company employs over 4,000 team members dedicated to producing quality chicken products. This specific role is for a Trimmer in the Debone Department, working on Cone Lines 3-4 during the second shift.

Requirements

Ability to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms.
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25-40 pounds.
Regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.
Regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
Regularly exposed to extreme cold.
Noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Responsibilities

Assist in the production of quality food products.
Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required.
Properly load front half on high-speed processing machines.
Properly arrange breast meat and/or tenders on high-speed processing machines.
Recognize when a machine is not functioning properly.
Visually grade product and cut out unacceptable products.
Perform job duties at a pace fast enough to keep up with the capacity of the machine.
Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner.
