- Trim product to specification using a hand knife and/or electric knife.
- Perform tasks such as Stomach Separator, Belly Trimmer, Butt Trimmer, Chiseler, Diaphragm Remover, Eye Lid Remover, Ham Trimmer, Loin Trimmer, Loin Evaluator, Rounding Heads, Temple Marking, Tongue Trimmer, Belly Robber, and Tenderloin Trimmers (Harvest).
