About The Position

Bachoco OK Foods is seeking a Trimmer for the Debone Department (Dept. 136 – Cone Lines 3-4) on the 2nd shift (4:55 P.M. – 1:55 A.M.). The company is a leading chicken producer with over 4,000 team members dedicated to producing high-quality chicken products. This role assists in the production of quality food products by performing various duties related to trimming and processing chicken. The position requires standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 25-40 pounds. It is a safety-sensitive position with exposure to wet conditions, moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, extreme cold, and potentially loud noise levels. Requirements

Ability to stand for a period of time

Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25-40 pounds
Ability to perform job duties at a pace fast enough to keep up with the capacity of the machine
Ability to maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner

Ability to recognize when machine is not functioning properly
Ability to visually grade product and cut out unacceptable products

Responsibilities

Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required
Properly load front half on high speed processing machines so that the front half is properly processed
Properly arrange breast meat and/or tenders on high speed processing machines so that the meat is properly processed and/or portioned
Recognize when machine is not functioning properly
Visually grade product and cut out unacceptable products
Perform job duties at a pace fast enough to keep up with the capacity of the machine
Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner
