About The Position

Trimmers will be responsible for the final steps of the cultivation practices including, but not limited to: harvesting, hanging, weighing, and trimming dried cannabis. Trimmers will be responsible for cleaning the trim room, dry/cure room, break room, and common areas as well as any equipment used in harvesting/trimming.

Requirements

• Must be able to achieve minimum daily requirements of flower trimmed during trimming procedures.
• Passion for medicinal cannabis, a willingness to learn, and be a part of a supportive team of coworkers.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to follow direction well, reliable with a good work ethic.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially with important deadlines.
• Ability to stand, walk and stoop.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.
• Ability to work onsite.
• Must be able to pass all background checks and drug screenings as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Harvesting, hanging, weighing, and trimming dried cannabis.
• Cleaning the trim room, dry/cure room, break room, and common areas.
• Cleaning any equipment used in harvesting/trimming.
• Learning and accurately following the trimming methods set forth in the company SOP's.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the work environment, and any equipment used for trimming, drying, and harvesting.
• Compliant disposal and recording of any waste produced during the trimming and harvesting procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
