Trim Staff
About The Position
The Trim Staff's duties include separating the incoming plant material into its respective parts, trimming, packaging, and storing product that is ready for sale. This role involves processing plants during different stages of harvest and post-harvest, including harvesting, trimming, cleaning, and packaging. The Trim Staff is responsible for ensuring the organization of all harvest/post-harvest material and maintaining quality control by inspecting plants, being vigilant of mold and mites, and ensuring attractive buds. The position requires maintaining the efficiency and quality of the finished product to meet company standards, adhering to production timelines, and accurately weighing and recording finished material. Additionally, the role involves operating trimming machines, maintaining organization of materials, ensuring cleanliness of the workspace, and assisting the packaging department when necessary. Other job duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 21 years of age
- Enthusiasm about the Medical Marijuana Industry
- FBI/BCI state mandated background check
Responsibilities
- Process plants during different stages of harvest and post-harvest (harvesting, trimming, cleaning, packaging)

- Assist packaging department when necessary
- May be assigned other job duties if necessary
