About The Position

The Trim Staff's duties include separating the incoming plant material into its respective parts, trimming, packaging, and storing product that is ready for sale. This role involves processing plants during different stages of harvest and post-harvest, including harvesting, trimming, cleaning, and packaging. The Trim Staff is responsible for ensuring the organization of all harvest/post-harvest material, performing quality control by inspecting plants, being vigilant of mold and mites, and ensuring attractive buds. They must also ensure the efficiency and quality of the finished product meet company standards, maintain the production timeline, and accurately weigh and record finished material. Operating trimming machines and maintaining organization and cleanliness of the workspace are also key duties. Assistance to the packaging department may be required, and other job duties may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements

Ability to pass state mandated background check
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
21 years of age
Enthusiasm about the Medical Marijuana Industry
