Requirements

Prior manufacturing or construction experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Operate equipment and use hand tools to process and prepare trim components.
Measure and inspect materials to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the department.
Follow work orders and production instructions to ensure materials are processed correctly.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Work as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently.
Perform other duties as assigned.
