About The Position

Tributary Capital Management has an opening for an Investments Intern, starting May 2027. This position will offer a student the opportunity to acquire practical work experience in an environment geared toward bottom‐up, fundamental equity research. Interns will work with Tributary’s Equity Income / Large Cap Core strategy teams and obtain exposure to multiple methods of company valuation, learn various sources of information available to investors, have numerous opportunities to expand their business communication skills, and gain familiarity with research tools including FactSet. You MUST be LOCAL to Kansas City, MO to be considered for this opportunity. The internship will start in May 2027 and could be extended into the school year. In order to be considered for this opportunity you MUST be able to be available FULL TIME in the office thru the Summer of 2027 and part time Fall of 2027 in the office. Requirements

  • Junior/Senior/Graduate Student.
  • Business Majors (Finance/Accounting/Economics) who have taken coursework in investments.
  • Must be LOCAL to Kansas City, MO.
  • Must be able to be available FULL TIME in the office thru the Summer of 2027 and part time Fall of 2027 in the office.
  • Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preliminary equity research for portfolio managers and analysts.
  • Prepare company summaries for existing/prospective investments.
  • Participate in weekly investment meetings; assist with monitoring and reporting company news.
  • Assist portfolio managers and analysts in preparing in‐depth research reports, including company valuation and recommendation.
  • Additional projects as requested by portfolio managers and analysts.
