About The Position

Responsible for providing claims, risk management, reporting, and administrative support to Tribal First. This role involves coordinating reports, managing loss runs, and providing training related to the claims system. The analyst will be responsible for creating, coordinating, validating, reconciling, and organizing claims data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency. They will identify and follow up on missing information, discrepancies, and data-quality concerns. The position requires preparing and maintaining various reports, dashboards, and client-facing summaries. Additionally, the role includes onboarding and training new hires on the claims system, as well as providing training to internal and external clients. The analyst will oversee reporting deadlines, manage outstanding requests, and assist with claim meetings and presentations. Collaboration with internal teams, clients, brokers, carriers, TPAs, vendors, and other service partners is essential. The role may involve travel for client system training and providing administrative support to the TPA and claims team. All duties must be performed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
  • Three (3) or more years experience in insurance, claims administration, risk management, brokerage, program administration, data/reporting, or a related field
  • Property & casualty insurance or workers’ compensation experience
  • Experience with carriers, TPAs, brokers, claims professionals, or risk management teams
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to organize, review, reconcile, and analyze data.
  • Strong organization, project coordination, communication, and follow-through skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Zoom.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and ability to identify inconsistencies, unusual results, trends, and reporting issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple recurring priorities and deadlines independently.
  • Ability to learn new systems, technology, reporting tools, and workflows quickly.
  • Ability to use professional judgment regarding when to resolve an issue independently and when to escalate.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across claims, risk management, brokerage, marketing, and program management functions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate report, loss runs and training needs related to claim system.
  • Create, coordinate, validate, reconcile, and organize claims data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Identify missing information, discrepancies, unusual changes, and data-quality concerns in reports and claim system and coordinate follow-up.
  • Collects, analyzes and interprets data.
  • Prepare and maintain recurring claims reports, dashboards, widgets, letters, documents, management reports, and client-facing summaries.
  • Provide new hire claim system onboarding, system training and system set up.
  • Provide internal and external client training related to the claim system.
  • Oversee and track monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deadlines, outstanding requests, and stakeholder commitments through completion.
  • Assist with claim meetings, presentations, training materials, and related client deliverables.
  • Work professionally with internal teams, clients, brokers, carriers, TPAs, vendors, consultants, and other service partners.
  • Participate in special projects and process-improvement initiatives as assigned.
  • Travel as needed for client system training.
  • Provide admin support to TPA and claims team as assigned.
  • Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.
