This assistant supervisor’s position works with the public and other outside agencies. They are to maintain proper supervision in the absence of the supervisor. Duties may include but are not limited to employee training; providing guidance and information to staff; handling case flow management measures in a timely manner; entering case information by computer; answering phones and handling requests for information; and working with the public in routine and difficult situations; and other job duties as required. Work is performed under the general supervision of a higher-level court clerk or a Clerk of the District Court and is reviewed through conferences and reports. May perform other related work as required or assigned and must be able to work well with the public and staff.
