About The Position

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Litigation/Trial Attorney to join its personal injury practice in Savannah. The attorney will manage a heavy and complex litigation caseload and may take cases to verdict when necessary. The role involves working alongside experienced trial lawyers to pursue justice for clients.

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar Association.
• At least 3 years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation cases on a day-to-day basis.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, demands, motions, and memoranda.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses, including participating in conferences and drafting expert reports and affidavits.
• Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
