Our multi-specialty group practices offer a broad range of medical sub-specialties. We are seeking a 36-hour Triage RN to support our Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, and Cardiology practices across both our Haverhill and Newburyport locations. This role is a primarily phone triage with a mix of nurse visits. This schedule for this role consists of a 4-day workweek, with Mondays off, allowing for an excellent work-life balance. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday, with 9-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Tuesdays and Wednesdays will at our Newburyport office and Thursdays and Fridays at our Haverhill office, providing care and support to patients across multiple specialty practices. Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree Nursing required
  • Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required
  • Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
  • Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Various Issuers preferred
  • Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
  • Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
  • Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
  • Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
