Triage Registered Nurse (RN) Keystone Family Medicine – Catherine Street Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No Weekends, Evenings, Holidays, or On-Call Shifts Keystone Family Medicine – Catherine Street is seeking a dedicated Triage Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. As a fast-paced, expanding Community Health Center, we are committed to improving the health and wellness of our neighbors by providing quality healthcare to everyone, especially the medically underserved. The Triage RN serves as a key member of the clinical team, providing telephone triage and coordinating patient care.

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania RN license or Multi-State Compact RN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Nice To Haves

• Previous office nursing experience preferred
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Managing incoming patient calls
• Tracking laboratory results and diagnoses
• Obtaining medical records for new patients
• Monitoring referrals
• Completing medication prior authorizations
• Supporting other nursing staff as needed
