About The Position

Piedmont Orthopedic Specialists provides specialized musculoskeletal care for the foot and ankle, hand and wrist, and shoulder and elbow, as well as joint replacements, orthopedic trauma, and sports medicine. Atrium Health is proud to be ranked top 50 in the nation and best in Greater Charlotte in Orthopedics. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team full-time. Ideal nursing candidates demonstrate a strong commitment to service excellence, nursing excellence, and adaptability. This position is an in-office Triage role. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Current BLS certification

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of nursing experience preferred
• Prior Orthopedic experience preferred
