Requirements
- Current Washington State RN license.

Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective telephone advice, patient care instructions and direction to the appropriate level of care.
- Complete a telephone assessment using standardized nurse protocols to evaluate the patient’s health status and provide home care instruction, health education, and/or direction appropriate level of care.
- Provide effective and efficient telephone nursing services that include telephone triage, health information, case and disease management, counseling, referral, care coordination with other agencies or providers.
