About The Position
Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians. Responsibilities include phone triage, managing test results, processing medication refills, handling prior authorizations, conveying plans of care, and patient education/teaching. The role also involves reviewing and responding to NorthShore Connect messages from patients and charting in Epic, the electronic medical record system.
Requirements
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
- Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required
- BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
- 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required
