About The Position

The Triage Agent prepares customer electronic products for repair, including basic part replacement, cleaning, and shipment preparation. The role involves removing products from shipping cartons, lifting units onto test racks, and preparing and setting up units. The agent also helps provide a positive customer experience by building relationships and addressing customer needs, and supports Repair Agents through verification and basic functionality testing.

Requirements

• Able to stand and sit for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation.
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and provide solutions to customer needs.
• Verify serial numbers and models and complete basic functionality testing to assist Repair Agents.
• Complete basic parts replacements.
• Clean and prepare units, and verify that repaired units are ready to ship.
• Remove products from shipping cartons and lift units onto test racks.
