Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid certification or training in trench safety and excavation operations.
• Experience operating trenching equipment or related heavy machinery.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standards related to trenching.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.
• Technical skills daily to operate and oversee trenching equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all machinery is used according to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
• Analytical skills are essential for assessing site conditions, interpreting blueprints, and identifying potential risks to prevent accidents.
• Communication skills are critical for coordinating with team members, clients, and regulatory bodies to maintain smooth operations and compliance.
