Tree Workers / Arborists – Multiple Positions (South Morang, VIC)

This is physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions. You’re reliable, physically fit, and enjoy hands-on work in outdoor environments. You take safety seriously, work well in a team, and are willing to travel or live away from home when required. Experience in vegetation management is highly regarded, but we also welcome applicants with transferable skills from construction, labouring, agriculture, or similar industries. Requirements
- Current Drivers Licence (essential)
- Ability to live away from home when required
- Physically fit
- Enjoy hands-on work in outdoor environments
- Take safety seriously
- Work well in a team
- Chipper Operators: Entry Level, keen to learn
- Experienced Tree Workers: 2+ years’ experience
- EWP Operators: Experienced + EWP Ticket
- Climbers: Experienced + Cert III Arboriculture
- Vegetation Inspectors / Scopers: Cert III Horticulture
- Supervisors: Experienced – Leadership Focused

- Industry tickets and certifications relevant to your role

Responsibilities
- Identifying, scoping, and planning vegetation works (Vegetation Inspectors / Scopers)
- Lead crews on site to deliver safe, high-quality vegetation works (Supervisors)
- Working safely around live electrical networks using EWPs (EWP Operators)
- Working across all aspects of vegetation management (Experienced Tree Workers)
- Learning all aspects of vegetation management (Chipper Operators)
