About The Position
Joshua Tree Experts, the premier tree care professionals in Stockertown, PA, is searching for an Experienced Tree Climber to join our 2- to 4-person crews. In this essential role, you will assist in tree removal, pruning, and general preservation techniques while adhering to ANSI standards.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of tree climbing experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Nice To Haves
- Forestry or Horticulture Degree.
- ISA Certified Arborist (or close to obtaining certification).
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with your crew leader, coworkers, clients, and the public.
- Ensure safe tree operations and strictly follow our company safety culture.
- Maintain your assigned vehicle and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional image.
- Delegate work to Groundman Operations Specialists.
- Operate aerial lifts safely and effectively.
- Commit to a schedule of at least 40 hours per week.
