WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR TREE CLIMBER TEAM LEAD This is a full-time role. Hours are 5:45 AM to 3:00 PM, with flexibility depending on job requirements. In this position, you'll lead a team of professionals, ensuring smooth and safe operations. You'll plan daily tasks, perform expert trimming and removal, and ensure client satisfaction through clear communication. As a mentor, you'll train your crew while maintaining equipment and enforcing safety protocols, all while delivering exceptional results.
