Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience as a professional Tree Climber.
Proven ability to safely operate and maintain a variety of climbing equipment.
Proficiency with hand tools and mechanical devices used in tree care.
Excellent physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team in all weather conditions.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and colleagues.
Driver's License (Required)

Nice To Haves

Experience as a foreman or leadership role preferred

Responsibilities

Safely ascend, maneuver, and descend from trees using proper climbing techniques and equipment.
Perform tree trimming, pruning, and shaping for both aesthetic and health purposes.
Safely remove dead, diseased, or hazardous trees.
Respond to storm damage calls, mitigating risks and clearing debris.
Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client needs and preferences.
Identify signs of tree disease and communicate concerns appropriately.
Motivate and lead crew members in accomplishing tree work related tasks.
