About The Position
Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring a Treatment Support Technician at our Lighthouse for Men Halfway House program in Washington, PA. This full-time role is designed for individuals who thrive in a structured environment and seek meaningful work that makes a difference. As a key part of the treatment team, you will help maintain a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused environment for residents. The position is mentally engaging and purpose-driven, with no two days being the same.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight.
- Valid driver’s license plus a clean driving record.
- Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
- If in recovery, 18+ months in recovery required.

Responsibilities
- Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities.
- Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs.
- Acting as a go-between for clients and clinical staff.
- Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation.
- Assisting during crises (with training and supervision).
- Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed.
- Supporting recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism.
