Requirements

  • Must complete service schedule and assigned route of customers with of water treatment dispensers.
  • Follow preventative maintenance schedules and perform routine inspection and descaling for water heaters.
  • Document preventive maintenance and communication found repair as required, to customer and schedule with dispatcher.
  • Maintain accurate work order records of completed work and materials used.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform all work while following Bench’s safety rules and regulations.
  • Clean out work area of debris and leave in a clean and orderly state.
  • Determines parts needed, and stock service vehicle with all parts and materials needed for jobs on a daily basis.
  • Maintains service schedule for employee issued truck.
  • Furnishes reports to managers and notifies them of any problems.

Responsibilities

  • Flushes and fills water treatment systems and tests feed rates.
  • Measures amount of chemical in water and makes adjustments.
  • Inspects chemical dispensers, looks for leaks and makes repairs.
  • Flushes and drains dispensers and adds chemical.
  • Completes installation of water treatment system when needed.
  • Completes service schedule and assigned route of customers with water treatment dispensers.
  • Follows preventative maintenance schedules and performs routine inspection and descaling for water heaters.
  • Documents preventive maintenance and communication found repair as required, to customer and schedules with dispatcher.
  • Maintains accurate work order records of completed work and materials used.
  • Completes all necessary paperwork in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performs all work while following Bench’s safety rules and regulations.
  • Cleans out work area of debris and leaves it in a clean and orderly state.
  • Provides guidelines to building owner, management or manager on maintaining and servicing water treatment dispensers and counsels them on the importance of water treatment and descaling.
  • Determines parts needed, and stocks service vehicle with all parts and materials needed for jobs on a daily basis.
  • Maintains service schedule for employee-issued truck.
  • Furnishes reports to managers and notifies them of any problems.
  • Performs miscellaneous company errands/projects assigned by the Branch Manager as needed.
