About The Position
Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring a PRN Treatment Support Technician at our inpatient facility in Mount Pleasant, PA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and seeks meaningful work. The Treatment Support Technician is a key part of the treatment team, responsible for maintaining a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused environment for residents during overnight programming.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight
- Valid driver’s license plus a clean driving record
- Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
- If you’re in recovery yourself, we welcome your lived experience (18+ months in recovery required).
Responsibilities
- Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities
- Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs
- Acting as a go between for clients and clinical staff
- Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation
- Assisting during crises (with training and supervision)
- Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed
- Supporting recovery focused routines with empathy and professionalism
