About The Position

Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring a Treatment Support Technician at our Halfway House in Youngwood, PA. This full-time role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus and is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and seeks meaningful work. The position involves supporting residents in a recovery-focused environment, ensuring safety and well-being, and acting as a liaison between residents and clinical staff. The role is mentally engaging and purpose-driven, with no two days being the same.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight.
• Valid driver’s license plus a clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
• If in recovery, 18+ months in recovery required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities.
• Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs.
• Acting as a go-between for clients and clinical staff.
• Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation.
• Assisting during crises (with training and supervision).
• Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed.
• Supporting recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism.
