About The Position

Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring a part-time Treatment Support Technician at our inpatient facility, Abe's Place, in Center Township, PA. If you like to thrive in a structured environment, and want work that matters, this role delivers! You’ll be a key part of the treatment team—helping maintain a safe, respectful, recovery focused environment while residents rest, reset, and heal.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight
- Valid driver’s license plus a clean driving record
- Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.

Responsibilities
- Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities
- Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs
- Acting as a go between for clients and clinical staff
- Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation
- Assisting during crises (with training and supervision)
- Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed
- Supporting recovery focused routines with empathy and professionalism
