About The Position
Treatment Plan Coordinator
Requirements
- 5+ Years Dental Office Experience a MUST (THIS IS NOT A RECEPTIONIST JOB)
- Sales Experience a MUST
- Ability to sequence and explain dental treatment plan options a MUST
- Good grasp of reading dental radiographs
- Working knowledge of dental terminology and treatment protocol
- Mastery of PPO insurance plans and benefits A MUST
Nice To Haves
- Dental Assisting Experience a bonus
- Hotel Hospitality experience a bonus
- Experience with Open Dental software a bonus
Responsibilities
- Ability to build relationships with patients and book them for the dental work they need.
- Comfortable collecting down-payments in advance.
- Experience presenting Invisalign Clincks and treatment plans.
- Experience working with implant surgeon and endodontist explaining treatment and gaining case acceptance from patients
