Requirements

• Prior experience working in a dental office setting or healthcare environment is preferred
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and healthcare procedures
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Proficiency in dental administrative support tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and insurance coordination
• Office experience demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff in a professional manner

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinicians to develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans for patients
• Communicate treatment recommendations clearly to patients, ensuring understanding of procedures and next steps
• Schedule appointments, follow-up visits, and necessary procedures in accordance with treatment protocols
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of treatment plans, patient progress notes, and related records
• Coordinate with administrative staff to ensure insurance authorizations and billing processes align with treatment schedules
• Assist in managing patient inquiries related to treatment options and plan modifications
• Support the clinical team by providing administrative support related to medical records and documentation compliance
