About The Position

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to join the care team. The nurse delivers high-quality wound care and treatment services while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. Success in this role requires clinical expertise, reliability, and a collaborative spirit.

Requirements

• Hold an active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state.
• Possess strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Work independently and thrive in a team-centered environment.
• Demonstrate a compassionate, resident-centered approach to nursing.

• Experience in wound care and treatment procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments.
• Monitor and document the healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns.
• Communicate with physicians and families regarding care plans.
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care.
