About The Position

The Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) supports residents’ healing, prevents complications, and provides comfort through individualized wound and treatment care. The nurse assesses and monitors skin integrity, identifies concerns early, and collaborates with physicians, licensed nurses, and the care team to support optimal healing. The role includes accurate documentation and educating residents, families, and team members on wound prevention and care best practices. The position promotes a compassionate, faith-grounded culture aligned with Touchstone Communities’ mission and values.

Requirements

• Current and valid Texas RN or LVN license, or Compact State equivalent.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking ability.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Compassionate spirit and desire to make lives better.
