Our modern facility features 8 operatories, 3 dedicated hygiene suites, and an in-office dental lab. As an Invisalign Platinum Provider, we pride ourselves on utilizing advanced technology and delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care.

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and results-driven Treatment Coordinator to join our front office team. In this role, you will be key to helping patients understand and move forward with their customized treatment plans, managing patient and insurance collections, and maintaining an efficient patient schedule.

Requirements

• Proven front office experience in a dental setting with expertise in treatment planning, financial presentation, and insurance verification/coordination.
• Strong background in managing patient and insurance collections effectively.
• Solid understanding of dental terminology and procedures, particularly regarding cosmetic services, Invisalign, and reconstructive treatments.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a focus on patient advocacy and care.
• Familiarity with modern dental practice management software and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Present comprehensive treatment plans to patients, explain financial options clearly, and answer questions to facilitate treatment acceptance.
• Drive patient collections, follow up on outstanding patient balances, and ensure accurate collection of co-pays and deductibles at the time of service.
• Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and follow up on outstanding insurance accounts receivable.
• Maintain an optimal daily schedule for doctors and hygienists, effectively managing cancellations and fill-in appointments.
• Consistently track and follow up on unscheduled treatment plans to maintain strong treatment completion rates.
