Requirements

1+ years of experience in a dental or orthodontic office preferred
Professional sales experience considered an asset
Treatment Coordinator experience a plus
Knowledge of dental treatment plans and insurance requirements
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Growth mindset and eagerness to learn.

Nice To Haves

Certified Dental Assistant certification an asset

Responsibilities

Welcome new patients with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for their orthodontic journey.
Present treatment options alongside the orthodontist, utilizing educational tools to help patients understand their care journey.
Review health histories, understand treatment goals, and serve as a trusted liaison between patients, doctors, and referring dentists.
Follow up with potential patients, track conversion metrics, and contribute to practice development.
Generate correspondence for referring dentists and maintain detailed patient records.
