Requirements
- A people magnet with a contagious smile and great energy
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous orthodontic or dental experience is a plus (but not required—we will train the right superstar!)
- Prior hands-on treatment coordinating and/or financial experience is a plus (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Be the first impression and friendly face that welcomes our new patients
- Work side by side with our doctors to guide patients through the orthodontic journey
- Present treatment plans with confidence; your job is to help patients say YES!
- Overcome objections with positivity, empathy, and a little charm
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
- Follow up with pending patients; no smile left behind!
- Keep everything organized and running smoothly with top-notch communication and follow through
