We are seeking a friendly, welcoming, relationship-driven Treatment Coordinator who can help patients understand recommended care, discuss financial options, and feel confident moving forward with treatment. This is a patient-facing relationship role. The right person must be genuinely friendly, professional, organized, and comfortable helping patients make important decisions about their care.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous dental front office, treatment coordinator, or patient financial coordinator experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience in presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements
  • Experience with Dentrix practice management software
  • Comfortable using Dental Intelligence, Outlook, and Google Workspace
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Present treatment plans and help patients understand recommended care
  • Discuss financial arrangements, payment options, and estimated insurance benefits
  • Coordinate treatment scheduling and appointment sequencing
  • Follow up with patients who have outstanding treatment needs
  • Build trust through warm, confident, patient-centered communication
  • Maintain accurate treatment, financial, and patient communication documentation in Dentrix
  • Collaborate with the doctor, clinical team, and front office team to create a smooth patient experience
