About The Position
Omaha Orthodontics is hiring a Observation Coordinator to join our amazing orthodontic team. Preferred candidates will be a team-oriented person with experience working with others, strong customer service skills, and x-ray certification. Also, having experience in an orthodontic office setting, and being excited to work in a positive and fun work environment is a plus!

Responsibilities
- Greeting and creating a connection with patients
- Taking Orthodontic Records
- Reviewing treatment plans with patients and family members
- Discussing and finalizing financial contracts and insurance benefits with patients
- Performing friendly and professional communication via phone, email, and text messaging
- All follow up communication with patients and their dentist offices
- Taking patient records including digital photographs and intraoral scans
