Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years experience as a dental or ortho financial/treatment coordinator
• Strong knowledge of insurance and financial planning
• Availability to work on weekends
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Experience with dental terms and patient management software
• Passion for helping families feel informed and empowered
• Excellent attention to detail
• Team Player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and their families
