About The Position

Landmark Dental Centre is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join their supportive, compassionate team. This role involves serving as the main point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing options. The ideal candidate will support treatment planning, present treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, and assist with payment plans. Building strong patient relationships to encourage treatment acceptance, retention, and follow-up care is crucial. The role also requires maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring smooth scheduling to optimize chair time, and collaborating with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care while upholding privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator is required
Knowledge and understanding of dental treatment plans and ability to educate patients is required
Experience with dental software programs is required
Strong customer service experience
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities
