About The Position

Our orthodontic practice focuses on early expansion in children to improve their airway, sleep, and long-term health, and on guiding older children and adults toward better breathing and overall wellness. We coordinate care across a network of specialists and resources. Our job is to educate families about their child's development and health so they can make informed decisions. We are growing and need a Treatment Consultant to help people see the value of investing in their long-term health and guide them to a confident decision without pressure. This role involves consulting with patients and parents on decisions regarding their child's development, airway, sleep, and long-term health, which can range from $5,000 to $15,000. You will educate families on the stakes of chronic mouth-breathing, poor sleep, and underdeveloped airways, present options, and determine the right time for treatment. You will manage the consultation process, discuss financing, address concerns about affordability and necessity, and help families move forward. The goal is to build trust and prevent patients from delaying treatment or seeking alternatives. This is a sales role within a practice that values relationships, honesty, and straightforward treatment recommendations based on health outcomes. We seek a consultative professional who believes in the life-changing impact of airway-focused care and can help patients and parents recognize this value.
