About The Position

NovaCare Owings Mills is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist with at least three years of recent outpatient orthopedic experience to lead their dynamic team. The role involves managing the center, upholding executive decisions, and utilizing the local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers for optimal patient outcomes. The position also focuses on growing and managing physician relationships and patient portfolios, expanding the team of PTs and PTAs, and participating in philanthropic programs and events. The company offers a Leadership Training Program for those new to management and opportunities for experienced leaders to advance to multi-site management. The role emphasizes patient care and community involvement.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
CPR Certification
At least three years of recent outpatient orthopedic experience

Previous management experience is a plus, but not required as training is provided.
