Requirements

A high aptitude for technology and learning new systems
Customer service experience (1-3 years) minimum
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work in an office environment and answer calls/respond to emails M-F 8:30am-5:30pm
Professional demeanor
Excellent verbal/written communication skills

Nice To Haves

Prior banking or treasury management experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Answer calls from our business customers and provide technical support and direction
Log and create customer incidents
Escalate product and sales related questions to appropriate team members / departments
Support our business customers
Process service requests
Perform system maintenance
Manage a variety of administrative tasks
Assist a business customer with adding a user
Troubleshoot an issue
Navigate online banking services
Process a wire transaction
Follow up on requests
Resolve problems
Coordinate with internal teams when issues require escalation
